•  Applicable to air supplies of low pressure and low heat value: WLJG
  burner, which has taken the low-pressure gas into consideration during
  designing, has spacious passage and low damp. The valve unit adopts
  the specially designed pneumatic diaphragm control valve. The gas
  pressure of the whole burning unit is only 20mmH2O. In addition, it is
  equipped with independent ignition gas path with large caliber and smooth
  passage. All of these make a reliable ignition

• Advanced automatic control system: WLJC burner adopts programmable
  controller and can be automatically controlled. The main auto-control
  components are all the reliable products used by most burner manufacturers
  internationally. The programmable controller, flame detector and the air
  actuator are from Switzerland Landis & Gyr; the valve leakage monitoring,
  pressure switch, pressure gauge, and burner are from Germany, ignition
  voltage transformer is imported from Italy. These equipments help realize
  the functions of the combustion train
  
• Unique pre-treatment devices: gas of low heat value has a big proportion
  of naphthalene and water, especially the naphthalene that is inclined to
  form crystal under normal temperature and blocks the gas path. Tar will
  contaminate the electro-magnetic valve and make the switch-on fail.
  These can lead to system malfunction. WLJG burner has pre-treatment
  devices and keep the gas perennially above 80¡æ. It effectively avoids
  naphthalene crystallization under normal temperature and water separation
  out and removes impurities partially like the naphthalene. The rest
  naphthalene will be gasified and burnt up in the hearth
  
• Valve manifolds: WLJG burner adopts specially designed pneumatic-diaphragmatic-
  valve, namely the isolating valve. The sealing face is made up of stainless
  steel and fluorin, which is able to resist the corrosion by sulfureted hydrogen.
  No other electro-magnetic valve can achieve it
  
• Quick-opening valve system: WLJG burner adopts the quick-opening valve
  unit. The unit has gained the national patent. When being started, the
  valve will be opened to allow a stable gas load and to avoid the possibility
  of gas explosion. When being stopped, the valve will soon shut
  
• Drainage system of valve manifolds: since the choke-oven gas has
  a great proportion of impurities, it will incur loose valve closure, water
  hammer, and jammed burner, and even system malfunction. WLJG
  burner is installed with drainage devices in the valve manifolds and
  can discharge the water out of the system
  
• Ever-bright fire device: WLJG burner is equipped with ever-bright fire
  device and leakage monitoring device. In the event of gas leakage,
  the system can be shut down immediately and the leaked gas will
  soon be burnt up to ensure a safe-running system
  
• Advanced auto control system: WLJG burner adopts programmable
  controller. It features hearth automatic sweep, automatic ignition,
  automatic regulation of load, and multiple safety-chain protection.
